This license governs the use of the FLUID (the "Theme") developed by Struto (the "Licensor"). By purchasing the Theme, you (the "Licensee") agree to all terms and conditions of this license.

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, single-use, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and modify the Theme for creating a website within a single HubSpot portal (the "Licensed Portal").

2. Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

Sublicense or transfer the Theme to any third party.
Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices contained within the Theme.
Use the Theme for any purpose other than creating a website within the Licensed Portal.
Modify the Theme in a way that allows its extraction or redistribution.
Use the Theme in more than one HubSpot portal.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Theme is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Theme.

5. Termination

This license will automatically terminate if the Licensee breaches any of its terms.
